External to Sunshine Towers, we also manage Surfcomber on the Beach, which has a stairwell to the rooftop apartments, and include exclusive access to the outdoor setting and BBQ for your enjoyment only. The ground floor apartment has a large balcony with a lovely outdoor setting, and plenty of space. All apartments are configured with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Surfcomber is literally steps away from the Maroochy Surf Club, and patrolled beach, just outside your door!
Cranbourne Court is right next door to Surfcomber on the Beach, and the apartment available for your beach holiday is on level 1. With an outdoor terrace area you can dine al fresco or just relax and unwind in peace. Cranbourne Court has two bedrooms and one bathroom, a refrigerator, a cooktop and small griller, this apartment suits couples or families who are happy to share facilities and don’t want to cook gourmet while on holidays!
The apartment we manage in Pepperdine is directly across from the beach, with lovely ocean breezes, and is also configured with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It is well appointed and very comfortable with open plan living and a balcony for you to enjoy the seaside life. Linen is optional, depending on your requirements.
