We want to introduce you to our latest addition to the family! Sea-Hi Unit 1 has just been added to our Maroochydore holiday rental accommodation group and we’re very excited to tell you about it. As part of our Sunshine Coast Rentals group, Sea-Hi is a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment, right beside Beach Café and Deli, and across the street from the Maroochy Surf Club. It is the ground floor apartment in a block of 10 units, and it is the ‘first cab off the rank’ – unit 1. With only a few steps to the beach, any closer and you’d be in it!
Sea-Hi has been very recently and lovingly renovated to a superior standard by its new owners and can cater for up to 6 people. It’s ideal for the family, with a queen bedroom and a triple bunk in the second bedroom with a pull out bed. The apartment is fully self-contained with air conditioning, kitchen, oven, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine. There’s TV and video games for the kids, a dining area with four seater dining table and a comfortable sofa to watch TV – but why would you when the beach is just 20 meters from your door! There’s a car space right outside your door, so unpacking and packing will never be easier for you. Jump out of bed and 10 seconds later hit the beach!

Another holiday apartment we take care of is in Cranbourne Court, also just across from the Maroochy Surf Club. This too is a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment at the rear of the complex, ensuring a quiet, relaxing break away. Cranbourne Court has been recently updated with a new lounge and dining suite, is equipped with air conditioning and has ceiling fans in all rooms. Although Cranbourne Court doesn’t come with all the bells and whistles of an up-market resort, it’s very comfortable for a small family or couple looking to get away on a budget.
Pepperdine is another two bedroom, one bathroom option holiday apartment you might like to consider. It is very close to the Cotton Tree Holiday Park, and the front sliding doors open to the Maroochy Beach just steps away! Pepperdine has been tastefully redecorated for your comfort and relaxation. If the sea breeze doesn’t keep you cool, the air-con will!
